QUALITY ASSURANCE AND TRACABILITY

HACCP:HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. This method aims to guarantee the safety of produced food for consumers. In this method a preventive monitoring system is operated so that safety can be guaranteed. The following steps are of particular importance.
FARM:
production of milk under a safety system and procedure, vetenary health, storage conditions
ARRIVAL AT FACTORY:
samples are taken and analysed. After approval milk will be processed. Other ingredients are treated similarly.
PRODUCTION:processing, temperatures, in-line controls are carried out as written down in the ISO-9001 based handbook. The whole production process is regularly audited by the auditing authorities and government (COKZ).
PACKING:
each product receives its package as laid down in the packing handbook and a unique batchnumber is attached to the packing.
TRACKING:
Each ingredient and packing material receives its unique number. Our suppliers work with the same tracking system, so that every ingredient can be traced back to its origin.
